The collection of user data from DESTAQUE GESTÃO DOCUMENTAL is limited to the following activities:

• Account creation: Registration data required such as name, e-mail, telephone number and company name;
• Account activity: Access date and time, IP address and device used, as well as records of operations in the system such as query, registrations and edits are stored in internal logs;
• Communicating with McFile: Your communications with sales and support requests, error reports or feature requests will be saved by our team. Our helpdesk operates through the Helpscout and Olark tools. As a consequence, both companies can also have access to the history of calls;
• Budget requests and the like: We store the completed information and provided in the forms on our websites by the user himself in Moskit CRM, who can have access to their data as well;
• Informative email submissions: We send email communications to customers and interested in our services through The Rocket Science Group LLC (MailChimp), where we store your email address, name and phone number, if provided by you. MailChimp may have access to your data, which may be deleted by unregistering our list;
• Navigation on our website: Number of visits, pages accessed, regional location of access, time spent, among other information stored by the Google Analytics tool (Alphabet Inc.), all devoid of any means that can identify its owner;
• Blogs and Ideas Bank: social tools for communication with our customers and partners, as well as our idea bank are public and operated by third parties;
• Payment transactions via credit card are processed by third parties (Stripe platform) and DESTAQUE does not retain any payment information from the customer.

Data storage on servers in the Eastern U.S. or Europe may be restricted under each McFile customer’s compliance or privacy policy. To request data storage restriction in specific regions, please contact us.

All information of our customers stored in the AWS Cloud is encrypted, and their access is limited by Amazon, and is released only by valid and legal order of any governmental or regulatory body.

The DESTAQUE you may retain your Personal Data after receiving your request for deletion if it is necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure compliance with contracts.

In McFile, accounts that have been inactive for more than three months may, at our discretion, be subject to automatic deletion. Active accounts will have data stored indefinitely.
